Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Process
To get started, simply fill out the enquiry form and you’ll receive a follow-up email. From there, we can arrange a consultation to talk through your plans, ideas, and the overall feel you’d like for your event.
Once you’re happy to proceed, a contract will be sent over for signature. To secure your date, a 30% booking fee is required.
For events booked within a shorter timeframe, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payments
The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days before your event date. All payment details and timelines will be clearly outlined during the booking process to keep everything smooth and stress-free.
Cancellations
I completely understand that plans can sometimes change. As dates are reserved exclusively and often well in advance, the following applies:
The booking fee is non-refundable
Cancellations made closer to the event date may be subject to additional charges
Full details will always be outlined clearly within your contract before booking, so you feel fully informed and comfortable moving forward.
In the Unlikely Event of Cancellation by the Artist
If I am ever unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a suitable replacement performer, with your approval.
